It's so annoying to hear those water droplets when trying to make a phone call. Is there anyway to get realtones?

I don't have a clue what you're talking about. I hear nothing. Try this... Settings/sound at the bottom, is system sounds. Unchecked all of them and see if it goes away. The first thing I do when setting up my phone, is to turn off the system sounds. I only have sound on for notifications and calls. It must work because I've never heard the droplets.
If you want, you can add them back one at a time until you find the culprit.
This does it. Turn system sounds all the way down.
