Thanks for reply. I have one more question, is there any custom themes like the 928Droid Black Glass X for Droid X 2.3.340 that does the deodexing process if I just wanted the theme but not the apps that a rom installed?
Running the same overclock with no problems. Also I believe the sbf for. 320 will fix both. 320 and. 340. Just after sbf update up if you want.

Here's something I noticed... after wiping and installing ApeX 1.3.0, my quadrant scores are below what stock Droid X 2.2 is. What's with that? Anyone else notice quadrant scores are low?
Any idea as to what would cause mine to stop working?
I'm not sure I understand your post (I'm not all that bright)...are you suggesting that sbf'ing my phone and then reinstalling ApeX should fix the overclocking issue? That seems like a pretty good bit of work.
Yeah, mine dropped from 1725 to 1450, but I think that's because I can not get my overclocker to run. My numbers match up with a drop from 1.2 ghz to 1.0.
mY overclocking app went out too, I'm thinking with time the developers of these overclocn apps will provide an update to remedy this, just gotta be patient.
Droid Overclock works with new module. It prompted me to use old or new. After first time failed I selected the "new module" box and it worked. Set everything then displayed with setcpu. The widget for drood overclock is cool but not to my taste, prefer setcpu widget.
Maybe I'm not seeing something but everything indicates its working. Up to 1.45 ghz. Mines at 1.25 cause it doesn't really seem that slow anyways.
Droid-Life has a great walkthrough with the apps listed.
Im using unstable overclock. Worked again soon as I rooted.

If you look at this thread (TBH Patches: 2.3.340-System, Baseband, 2.3.340-Kernel, Bootloader), it seems there are a number of different kernals, basebands and system files out there floating around on devices, based on a number of different ways we've all gotten to where we are. My guess is that OC doesn't like one or more of these files and as long as that's not what you're running, your OK.
My overclock works fine using Unstable Apps app. What numbers can you guys get? I still can't get over 1.1
I recovered back to android 2.2 and updated to 2.3.340 and trieto install apex1.3 and it won't do nothing! I even tried bootsrap recovery app and nothing happens. Its as if I do not have any root power anymore cause rom manager wont let me install this rom. Help?

Yesterday the OC was not working, I flashed these TBH zip files this morning, it's working now.
Not sure if these files had much to do with it though. (the above mentioned using the latest module and that worked) at least with Jrummys OC app.
I know I'm rockn the LAtest 2.2.340 now thanks to TBH. (can't get any closer to the OTA than with these zip files)
No, Rom MAnager has been flaky lately. you got to install with bootstrap,
Where are you guys seeing this "use the latest module" function in the OC app? I can't find anything like that.
