APN editing on Note 3

Can anyone show me how to do this. I have the T-Mobile Note 3 and it (APN) LOG remands unchangeable. I read about everyone just going to that part and editing this but my Note 3 won't let me.

Tap the "+" button on the APN screen and add a new one with the setting you want. Then choose that APN from the list. You may have to reboot to make sure it has taken effect after that.
