APN settings thread

I thought this might be useful for someone switching phones and what not to have some APN settings to fall back on, should they lose theirs.

I will list the carrier, and my location where these settings are being used with the screen shots.

Nice idea! It'd be helpful to have everything in one place. You can also find APN settings for various carriers by doing a search for "[carrier name] APN settings," if this list is incomplete.
