Apollo stopping

Whenever I want to use Apollo it says unfortunately Apollo has stopped

The first thing to try with this sort of error is to clear the app's cache. Go to Settings / Application manager, scroll all the way right, tap on the line for Apollo, then tap clear cache and force stop. Then try the app again.

I have done the clear cache and force stop but it's not working still telling me unfortunately Apollo has stopped
