App and Google Account suspended for error, PLEASE HELP!

Hi, as you already know, after three app suspensions, Google closes the developer account.
I had two suspensions, and Google suspended my third app, but for an error! So they closed also my account! I sent an appeal to Google for the individual app that they suspended and they answered to me that they accept my appeal, my app is reinstated and I can publish it again, but I can't, because they haven't reinstated my developer account! What I have to do?!

I solved the problem, I convinced Google to re-open my account!
