Found this at xda, not sure if it's been posted here, thought some of you who like swapping kernels, roms, and themes might find it useful. I love the split screen view, lets you see exactly what's happening at each stage of the startup process.

To see both dmesg and logcat you have to buy two apps, but it's less than $5 total.

If it works on our phones I'd be interested. I was lamenting the other day at how annoying it is to not know what's going on while the phone is booting and where it's falling over. Especially when there's a bug you're trying to trace in a script that runs at boot time.

I can confirm it does work on the optimus v
