App Crash - Force Close?

Happened a couple times today for me.....is that normal??? Also....I noticed after I downloaded task killer that there were a load of apps that were open...is there a way to see these without the task killer and close them???

I got a couple of these today. I also got a couple network cannot be found when trying to search the internet, etc... Hasn't happened recently though... so no clue.
