Hey, hopefully this topic is fitting in this section. I'm looking for a good app with a calendar for keeping track of when and what I ate and how I felt afterwards per day, for example "ate pancakes at 9 am, got a headache at 10 am." In a chart/spreadsheet/etc. I checked out the google sheets app but it didn't have any templates that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Anyone got anything they would recommend from personal experience? My doctor recommended me to make a headache journal and I believe my eating can have something to do with it so I'd like to track both in one to see a correlation if any.
