It is a userfriendly application which lists applications connected to the Internet from your smartphone, so you can easily control if suspicious or useless applications consume data from your 3G/4G package. You will be able to stop or uninstall these applications.

Installed. Even if you aren't having problems, it's good to know what's connected. (Any chance you'll add a list of ports being listened on?)

Oh, and even though Google Search isn't listed as a system app, it won't kill.
