I've seen this happen infrequently, maybe once a day. Normally when I shut off the display I have it on a home screen, rather than showing some app. And normally when I switch it on and unlock, it shows me the same view as last time on/used - but not always.
When it's different, instead of a home screen I see the last page I looked at in the stock browser, even though that wasn't the last app I used, and might not have even been "open."
Anyone else see this behavior? I know I didn't leave it with the browser open when I shut it off. There is a shortcut for "Internet" on my main home screen and if I launch same it will show me the last page viewed. Maybe it's getting "touched" somehow during unlock? I don't know. I'll try moving that shortcut to a different spot, see if it changes things.
