App issues when Bluetooth is enabled

I have a HTC M8 and I am running all of the latest updates. The problem I'm having is,
many of my apps will not load properly, or take a long time, when my Bluetooth is enabled. I even have issues at time receiving app updates very slow, then I turn off my Bluetooth, and the updates proceed at a normal pace. I have some apps that won't even load, unless I turn off my Bluetooth.
I have tried several things, like clearing bluetooth cashe, clearing it's date, none of which seemed to have helped.
I'm sure that there must be others that have, or had this problems. Any solutions?

Thanks for your response. I did try this, although my Verizon model is a bit different, but I still have the same issue. In order for some apps to load quickly, I have to disable my bluetooth. When I do that, everything load very quick, like it should. As for booting into Safe Mode, I'm not really sure what is causing the slow down, so I wouldn't really know what to disable. Thanks again.
