App Message indicate date and tme of reception of SMS and Not emission

Hello to everybody,
On a Samsung s7 edge, the app Message give for an SMS the date and time or reception and Not the Real date and time or emission!
Wich Param are to be change?
Or what Other app to use for the Right date and of emission like older mobile phone earlier generation!

Received and read times rely on RCS, which is still in experimental stage. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work even with carriers that have adopted it. If you want accurate sent times, stick with older SMS apps that don't do RCS. (The old "read receipts" used by some SMS apps was a proprietary protocol that depended on the other person using the same app, and it only showed when the text arrived at their app - which could be when they opened it, or it could be hours before they decided to open it.)
