App not on my Android smart phone

I have an LG V10 phone. I DL'd the 'Movie Pass' app a few days ago. On the Google Play Store it says it is installed, yet I cannot find it...

Try first a Power Off and Restart.

"Installed" in the Play store just means that you installed it at one time, it doesn't check your phone to see if it's still installed. If you can't find it, tap the Installed button and it will install again. (If it says it can't install, then it's somewhere on the phone - search through the app drawer carefully. (The Velis Auto Brightness app always gets me - I look in the Vs - but it's in the As.)
