App notification icon - tiny heart inside a flame

Samsung galaxy 7. Icon on the status bar that looks like a flame with a tiny heart in the center. Its not my phone so I am unable to actually click on it. It is not tinder as the tip of the flame goes the opposite way. Any ideas?

Try this. Expand the notification bar, long press on the notification and select app info.
