App notifications not working

Hi,

Recently bought the HTC One... All my applications (Facebook, Twitter, NHL Gamecenter) kept displaying notifications when something was happening.

Now, they don't do anything... For example, receiving a message on Facebook doesn't display a notification. I didn't change any settings in my apps, and voicemails and text messages still work... did I do something wrong?

I'm in the same boat as you. Same phone too.

Notifications were working fine and all of a sudden...they've stopped. And yet, the notifications for the native messenger app (the one that came with the phone) still work fine!?!?

I'm thinking of wiping the phone and restoring new.

I haven't noticed that same issue, yet, but I have noticed that my "update" notifications hasn't been working for a few days. For example, today, there was a story on AC that Google Drive had been updated. I was wondering why I hadn't received a notification about it. When I went into the "My Apps" section of Google Play, I saw that I had SIX apps with updates available. Hmmmmmmmmmmm... what's going on, here? I mean, not a fatal thing, but an annoyance, just the same.
