app now crashes after battery low shutdown

I was playing the game 'Where's Your Water' when my Nexus 7 shut down due to battery being low. After charge and reboot, the game will no longer start. I get a window that pops up stating the program won't work??

I tried reboot and uninstall and re-install but the same window pop's up.

The game worked fine the first time it was used, until the charge issue.

Any idea how to thoroughly remove program so re-install gets it working again.

I just figured out what was wrong, when I turned on the internet, the program worked fine. On my X2, it doesn't need the internet on, only on this Nexus 7. This seams weird.
