App paging sometimes freezes

So I'd say my S10+ is a very fast phone overall. I don't get any lagging except for sometimes while scrolling through pages on the apps view. Lag may not be the right word as it just becomes unresponsive for a few seconds and I can no longer swipe left or right to change the page.

I don't have a large number of apps on the phone. Any idea what it could be?

Do you have any animation enabled?

Animations are stock setup. I've since noticed it's just the apps view crashing on page swipe. Once the freeze happens it dumps back to the home screen.

You mean recent apps view?

Just rebooting so far. I've purposefully not added anything to the UI that isn't stock as I'm evaluating Samsung's new GUI/UX.

I've gone datk theme and swapped to Gboard but that's the most I've done.

Only other issue I've had was the service for accidental touches crash on me. After a few days of crazy pocket activity I figured that out and it cleared after a reboot.
