Does anyone use the app panel launch? I always turned it off on my Samsung devices because it only showed shortcuts for the apps you opened the last time you plugged in headphones. You can actually specify the apps that it opens.

When you plug in the headphones or connect to your computer it will show shortcuts to user defined applications in the notification tray
