app/phone/add button is stuck up

On my home screen, the button that usually pops up to allow you to make phone calls, add apps, etc. Won't go down. It just stays up on the screen... is there a setting for this that I accidentally hit, is my phone broken, lol... its annoying the crap outta me so any help is appreciated, thank you!

Uh, that's normal. That's how the home screen is supposed to look. The little arc along the bottom with the three buttons for all apps, phone, and add apps is always present. It doesn't autohide like a Windows taskbar.

Do you mean the arc stays up even when you're in other apps? If so, that's a problem. Power off, power on. If it's still there, take it back.

Haha ok if its the case that its suppose to be up, then I'm an idiot, lol... it is just on the home screen, not when other apps are running. I tried to do some customizing, and when I got done it was up, and for some reason I thought it went to auto hide before if nothing was going on... sorry for being dumb and thanks for ur guys' inputs
