App request thread - What tablet apps do people want?

A good tower defense app for tablets, preferably Tower Madness but they seem as if it's not important enough to even plan on making an android version according to their tweet. Foolish with how many android devices there are.

Looks like this topic is dead, but maybe it has a breath of life left, so I'll check. So, adding my two cents,

My wish isn't for an app per-se, but a way of dealing with apps that assume you're running on phone. I've come across so many apps that make this assumption in various ways, e.g., by using a fixed-size tiny font, by forcing portrait orientation, and a bunch of other things which I'm sure you all have experienced.

I'm not wishing for a tablet-specific UI, just a way to make apps at least somewhat usable on a tablet. So, for example, let's talk about small font sizes. A lot of apps lack basic font-size controls, including Google's own Google Plus. The text is tiny. And scaling up in compatibility mode stinks, because everything gets ridiculously pixellated. So, how about either a font-size changer (for the app, not a global one, since I have other apps which do things right which I don't want to break), or an intermediate zoom level for compatibility view. Doesn't seen too much to ask, does it?

A good Video Editing App. Googles attempt is pretty good but unstable, you never now when your building it at what time it is going to stop exporting. Some times it's 2 minutes sometimes 3. The general design is good just needs more features and functions and be able to export or give parameters that let you know what it can and can't do.

The other video editors are not good at all that are on the market. They don't let you see your production in realtime like the Google Video Editor does, so timing audio with video is almost impossible.

My daughters both have Asus tablets and it has this editor on there, but my Tab 10.1 (Tmobile) doesn't and there is no way to get it on there. Google would be better off handing this over to the development community and letting it finish this app up and put it on the market for everyone. This is such a large whole that needs to be filled to give an all around function to the tablet, and shut the i-people up.

Im a Realtor and beside the basic property search app theres nothing much on android sophisticated enough for my taste. My company boast of ipads because of a few apps that i would love to see on Android such as:
Open house manager> Open House Manager for iPad on the iTunes App Store or a power point view for presentations, contact/prospect manger and follow up client. Property Register for iPad on the iTunes App Store Theres a whole lot of money to be made in this market!

I am looking for an Android app similar to the iPad's GarageBand for recording guitar and laying down tracks, as well as an app that I can use to view, scroll, and make notations on my scanned-to-PDF sheet music. Perhaps there's something out there already.

I would love an app like Flipnote Studio that Nintendo has for the DS. Or any type of simple animation app that would let me do some animations that would let me add color and sound to them using quick sketches.

I think a lot of apps could be easily converted to work better on a tablet. Like this dice app, they really didn't change the way anything works, they just made it fit the tablet better

would like to see a (preferably free) Word Processor that makes good use of the screen space of a tablet. With the same layout as regular Word Processors. Perhaps a very simplified version of AbiWord? Something that lets you highlight text with the keyboard and select Bold, Italic or Underscore with one button. A few features like Undo/Redo, font colors, etc.

If it saved it's output as either a simple HTML or RTF file, it would be totally cross-platform. Perhaps a commercial company could make a free version that would only output simple HTML, and a paid upgrade that would also let you save the output as a MS Word doc?
