App restrictions on low battery?

I normally don't let my battery get very low. But after getting below about 30% to 25% my browser won't load websites. I have service. The strange thing is YouTube works fine.

I click on a site or put a URL in and nothing happens. I rebooted and it worked to load one page then wouldn't load anymore.

Strange indeed. I've never seen this happen to me.

As soon as I plugged it in websites are loading again.

Could be some weird effect the low battery was having on your radio? -not a computer engineer-

Never had that happen to me before. I've browsed up to the point of the phone turning off before. Weird.

It was happening on 4G and wifi. Very strange
