App say that my phone might be rooted,but it's not

[Android Central Question]

Hi everyone,I recently tried to root my phone without being able to make it.I tried at least 4 apps and 2 programs,then I gave up.Yesterday I opened a banking app that I really need to use urgently,but it says "Security compromised,your phone might be rooted" and gives me 2 options,call the app creators or uninstall the app,is there any way I can resolve this without having to contact them?
I used RootChecker app and the result was "Sorry!Root access is not properly installed on this device."
The only thing I can think is that all of the apps I tried actually changed something in my phone and I don't know what.If someone could help it would be awesome,thank you!

however even a failed root can trip security on your phone. if samsung it could have tripped knox

If you go to settings then scroll down to about phone>status >phone status says official?

Ok so far good, you unlocked the bootloader? It would factory reset the phone .

The bootloader it's now on "off",but I actived it before and wanted to backup tha data of my phone on my pc,but l "gave up"and did not continue with this method
