App swap feature?

I'm coming from a HTC 4G LTE so this feature might not be on the Galaxy series but on the old phone I had a button that would bring up all of the apps I had been running and I could switch back and forth between them like that.

Is there a feature on the Galaxy S4 that does the same thing?
