App to boost Google Chrome volume?

Does anyone know of an app that can boost the volume for other apps like Google Chrome? The only ones I found were for music and such.

The only ones you're likely to find are those that lower the volume on apps that already run at full volume. To increase the volume requires rewriting the app (and setting it to use full volume) or adding an amplifier.

What do you mean by adding an amplifier? I have my media volume maxed out, but it's still not enough.
