Question App to name files with id; name Multiple files blah_1 then blah_2 and so on

I'm looking for an app which lets me name multiple files at once where you can specify the starting point of an ID which is in the name of the file after something else. I can't find any apps which are like this and I don't like spending 30+ minutes renaming 100+ files.

Do you know how I could start with a different number than 1? I've already manually renamed 300+ files before this.
