App to silence notifications

Hello all. Is there an app or a way to silence notifications while listening to music over aux cable? I can't believe in this day in age, this is still a thing. It's really annoying whenever I listen to something in the car and then get a notification and it goes silent for a few moments.

What if you just toggle on Do Not Disturb when you get in the car, and then toggle it off when you get out?

When doing music or videos, I just put the phone into vibrate-only mode to solve this problem.

Same here if I don't want the sounds, but I usually do want notification sounds anyway.
