App to Tile?

i'm sure i probabaly already know the answer, but i'm going to ask it anyway in case i'm wrong. i just recently purchased a new toyota, and downloaded their app on my phone and watch, but is there a way to add the app as a tile instead of just leaving the app in the recently used section on the watch? thanks

Likely that the ability to "tile" an app is restricted to certain apps that are pre-installed on the watch.
