App to track floating events, similar to Blue Moon?

I used an app on my old Palm Treo called Blue Moon that tracked floating events (last time you changed car oil, furnace filter, etc.). When I moved to the Touch Pro 2, I was able to use a Palm emulator (Styletap I believe) so that I could run that app on WinMo. So far, I haven't found a similar app on Android and am looking for help.

This was truly one of the most useful apps I used, and I'm having a hard time living without it. Can anyone point me towards a similar application?

Astrid might work for you. It has an option to have a task repeat and you can set it to repeat X days/weeks/months after last completed.

Pimlical www.pimlicosoftware.com handles floating events. Same developer of the famous "Datebook" calendar software series for the Palm OS. They offer both a Desktop & Android version. I use the Desktop version of Pimlical to enter 90% of my calendar events. However, I prefer using the Gemini Android calendar to view events on my phone. Both of these can be configured to sync with your gMail calendar(s).

Gemini is available in the Android Market. The PC & Android versions of Pimlical are available only from the website shown above.

@tyhart44 this was also one of my favorites on the Palm platform. I wrote to the company and they told me someone was working on porting it but that was years ago. Who knows if it ever got done.

Did you ever try the recommendation for Pimlical? I'm still looking for a replacement and am considering making a stab at using airtable.com for this.
