App Updates - Cannot Make Phone Call

Whenever an app updates, I cannot make a phone call. Sometimes I cannot access the phone screen. Other times I cannot dial a number. Every time I eventually get a message that says "contacts" stopped. This happens EVERY TIME there is an app update. It doesn't matter it's one or many apps that update. It lasts between 2-5 minutes.

Go to your settings > applicatins > all > and scroll to phone dialer, and phone storage and wipe the data.
Also wipe cache from contacts, and see if any of that helps
