[App] Vignette save directory issues

so yesterday when i took a picture or 2 with Vignette my phone was saving them into the sd/DCIM/Camera folder with no issues and no hassle, but all of a sudden today when i went to take a picture it no longer wants to save to that folder no matter what settings i choose, does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix this?

i restored the app from a backup i had on Titanium Backup and it works ok and saves in the folder i want again but has anyone else had this issue?
