Sweet Jesus let this be true.
. 4) "Apple must burn." Yeah, sure, whatever. Let's just degenerate into mindless fanboys because that will make surely make Android a better platform. Without iOS, that HTC Inspire you have with "AOKP ICE COLD SANDWICH ROM" would be a Blackberry at best. And Android would not be as good as it is. Just saying

Yea you gotta remember er the inventor of the tmo side kick is actually who came up with the android name and first moch os he went in for an investment walked out with a check and Google baught it so the first interactions of it weren't touch based as the sidekick wasn't but after the release of the iPhone Google rethought its stratagy and went touch screen and HTC got involved and then the HTC dream was released and ever since then ape has been screaming copy cat and this whole war started what a lovely mess

I don't understand the point you are trying to make with these comparisons ry ics and jb are in no way similar to ios

Anytime I see pics like that, it reminds me how much things are swayed tiwards the iPhone.
The Android device is open to the app drawer, not the home screen. Androids have widgets, and multiple home screens. The fair photo would show home screen vs home screen.
And if you are just showing the images to base a comparison, sayimg the Android home screen doesn't matter, then the app drawer needs to be open on the first device. After all, app drawers have been around a lot longer than iPhones. My BlackBerry 8830 had an app drawer that would make it look similar when open.
the first phone looks not good.
Munich Judge Peter Guntz said Motorola had infringed Apple's "overscroll bounce" technology, which enables users to move documents over the screen of their device and let them bounce back to the centre after releasing their fingers.
Assuming appeals by Motorola, recently acquired by Google, are rejected and Apple chooses to enforce the court's order, devices such as the Droid Razr could be recalled.
Umm, we going to hurry up on these supposed "patent settlement" talks?
