Apple sues Samsung for 'copying' the iPhone and iPad

From what I gather, general consensus on this is that Apple's being dbags. Not going to look good for them, particularly with Android on the rise. The more you tighten your grasp...

Ive always said my samsung galaxy s 4g reminds me of the iphone 3g or 3gs. Theres always going to be a phone that looks like another. Theres room in the market for them all.

who's copying?

Yeah, the dates aren't correct, Apple showed the iPhone first. It also doesn't matter because it's near impossible to win those sorts of lawsuits. Apple may have something when it comes to a couple of the icons (especially the call icon), but their hardware and packaging claims are a long-shot at best.

Not that they intend to battle it out in court.

I heard on Tech News Today (with Tom Merritt) that Samsung is counter-suing. Should be interesting...

Yes, Samsung is counter suing. It will be very interesting to see how things play out in court. Hopefully the consumers don't end up getting the short end of the stick.

As a Korean, all I can proclaim is: "GO KOREA! DOWN WITH CALIFORNIA!"

Who's with me?!

It has nothing to do with California or Korea (aside from inherent laws.) It is only about two cooperations.
