Application cannot be installed to default location

I'm using an SM-N900V stock rom kemal and partition safestrap recovery every time i try to update my verizon mobile it gives me that error message. also when i unmount my sd it would restart my device now it causes a "unfortunately com.android.systemui has stopped boot loop... idk what to do..... tried deleting unnecessary files wiping cache and data in Google play and play services i tried using an apk and alternate download stores.. i just don't know what else to do besides format the SD card. help please.
