Apps charged to mobile bill

Hi, I am thinking about rooting and flashing a custom ROM, but before I do I would like to ask if once I do the above, will I still be able to purchase aps from my mobile provider (deutsche telecom) ? My phone is of course branded and has lots of crapware. Feedback and comments would be very much appreciated.

Yes that SHOULD still work, as long as you go through their store, or Google Play, IF you have Play set up that way.
