Apps close or refresh randokly in a specific room at my house

Everytime i have an app open it will randomly close or refresh (if its a social media app) when i enter my dining room. Everywhere else in the house is fine. I also have this problem,at my school. Ill be messeging someone or doing somethinf on an app in my science class and then the issue occurs. Sometimes when its a crash and i restart the app it happens almost immediately. I had a droid turbo that had this issue and for that, i got the lg g6 and its still hapening. Any idea on why this is happening and how to fix? Also, if it matters my service provider is verizon.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the General Help forum, since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.

That's an odd problem. Does it happen as soon as you enter? Or do you you have to place the phone on the table or on some other surface? If there's anything in the dining room that might be creating a strong electromagnetic field (e.g., a poorly shielded stereo speaker), it's conceivable that could trigger a phantom touch.

Its random, sometimes its right when i enter, others it takes a mibute or 2
