Apps dissappearing!

I have folders set up on my home screen with apps in them and now some of the apps won't show in the folder after I placed them in. ( See Picture below ) it is happening with Candy crush Saga , I had this same problem with Andriod central App untill I did a factory reset.. Re installing did not help and I do not want to go threw another factory reset..
If you look at the media folder when its closed you can see the candy crush app in there but when I open it wont show it..

Have you tried re-adding them? Or adding more apps? Do you see those? If not, maybe there's another page you can scroll to?

I tried re adding and the same happens, it does not happen with any other app, And as I stated the same thing was happening with Andriod Central app untill I did a hard reset..
