Apps edge feature

I saw that the newly announced Edge+ will have a feature which allows pinning of favorite apps on the edge part of the screen, much like the edge contacts feature we have. Do you think that will come to the regular edge in a future update?

I dont see how hard it could be. Many times in the past the Note features transferred to the Galaxy flagships. Not all the features but some here and there for sure. I expect they will make them coincide. Any other thoughts?

Apparently the update pushed today to the Sprint GS6 Edge has the new features. Hopefully it will be rolled out to other carriers shortly.
