apps have been disabled

almost all of my apps have been disabled, data cleared, and defaults cleared???? only had phone for about two weeks. i cant restore anything because it has all been cleared. is there any way i can look at a system log so i can tell when and why this happen

Welcome to the forums!
I am not sure about the system log, but I would call Samsung, and AT&T about this. At least so you go on record that you had this problem.

try a hard reset? is the phone stock?
