Apps install on one Nexus 7 but not the other!

I bought two Nexus 7 units, an 8gb and a 16gb. I've installed a bunch of games (1GB total) on each unit, then all of a sudden Google Play had greyed out the 8gb unit for some apps. Example, I selected Norton Antivirus and it will let me install on my 16gb unit but the 8gb is greyed out for 'Incompatible with this unit'. Does the same for Mcafee and Antivirus Free.
Any ideas?
Both are 4.1.1 Jellybean, both rooted the same way with Super User running. Both are on my Google Play account and on my Verizon Wifi. Both set to allow Unknown Sources. 8gb unit has 5gb free so its not a space issue.

I had also modified the screen dpi to 170. Factory Reset function didn't fix problem. Went ahead and downloaded NexusRootToolKit 1.5.2 and restored factory 4.1 image, problem solved! Not sure what got messed up or what Google wasn't happy about. Still no problems with the 16gb unit that has all the same tweaks.
