Apps intall in root file

Hi Everyone please assist how can I install apps in android tv box in root file where even after factory reset app stays there does not delete

Only system apps are saved in the root directory. I suggest you back up your apps the usual way ie Google Back up

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you installing apps from in the first place? The Play Store, or somewhere else?
