1. pls which apps can i use to disable other apps from running?

That's a screenshot. You can see some of those apps running for up to 24 hours and have not even opened most of these apps neither have I login.

Any help....any app(s) I can install to make sure apps don't running in the background unless I open them and i can close them also from running in the background..

The info on that screen is a little misleading. The time is a sum of the foreground process and the background services. To accurately assess what you want and don't want running, you need to separate those numbers. I have an app called "system panel lite" that shows the services separately so that you can better see what is going on.

As services, they run in the background doing whatever they do, sometimes talking to the frontend app, sometimes going other stuff.
Given that the CPU times are all in the single digits, obviously they are not a problem unless you just rebooted the phone.

What kind of CPU numbers to the frontend apps get?
