As we all know, there are some applications available on Android only to find out it is not available in Canada. Is there anyway to 'fool' the system to allow this. It is very frustrating to be able to get these apps.

Not sure how you would fool the system unless you root with a ROM that would allow that, but alternately you may be able to find them on line and email the APK to your email and open it from there.

I've also seen an option in my developer's settings about MOC locations. Not sure what that is but perhaps that would be something to look into.?

No idea what this means.

An APK is like an executable file for your pc, it's what installs the app on your device. The MOC locations thing, when I read it sounded like a made up location thing. Like a way to test or say the device was someplace it wasn't. Just like you can change the phone identity in the developers settings, but honestly I know very little about these things and you truly would have to do a bit more research to truly know. Thinking of now you may be better served going to xda.com and posing this question. The people over there are all about rooting, ROMs, and work a rounds. They've probably already answered this question if it can be done. XDA is where some of the more tech savvy Android users hang out.
