When trying to update get the error "unable to retrieve information from server". Any ideas...

Reboot the device and try again. This may resolve your problem.

Tried that but still no luck. Even tried on a different router, but problem persist. Also deleted app and tried to redownload but still get the same error. Here is the error message.. "Update for "App name" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]). Might have to wipe and start again, but hopefully I can get it resolved before doing that...
