Apps saying not compatible

Hi My wife and I both have Nexus 7 running KIT KAT both brought in the UK, we reside 6 months in Spain and i have managed to install Sky News and Sports app on my tablet, using tunnelbear however my wifes tablet just says app not compatible with this device, any suggestions as how to get this app on to her tablet, have tried email link and bluetooth, all to no avail.

Were you in the same country when you installed tunnelbear on your wife's tablet as you were when you installed it on yours?

Hi yes both tablets brought and set up at the exact same time. If i go to my pc and acess our google accounts it shows my tablet but not my wifes on her account and this is from the laptop we use in Spain.

Have you tried removing and re-adding her account on the tablet?
