Also having an issue with Apex Launcher Pro 2.2. Pressing the home key is supposed to bring up screen previews. It does but doesn't go back to my default screen like it did before the update.

Yes, there is one bug that causes a single tap of the home key to report to the system that you have pressed home twice. It happens in all launchers. See the first post of this thread for the fix: http://forums.androidcentral.com/mo...work-dont-work-right-kit-kat.html#post3334911

That fix doesn't work for Action Launcher (pro). I used to be able to hit home to toggle the quick drawer. Now if I hit home it only brings me back to the default home screen. Its a long reach for one handed operation to open the quick drawer!

The static wallpaper app is not working. It says it has a fix for kit Kat but it keeps force closing when I try to set a wallpaper... Guess I need something else because I hate the background scrolling!!!!

PicSpeed. It allows you to set the wallpaper in either scrolling or static. Seems to work for me in kit kat with ART.

Try long pressing the home screen and selecting wallpaper. It should come up as an option there.

As of 4.4 Google changed its permissions for third party battery and wake-lock detector apps to access and report information. There are two ways to fix this, one being to root the phone, and the other is to follow these steps on an unrooted phone:
