Apps to disable for battery life

I want to disable these Samsung apps to but not sure if it's safe to do so. Anybody knows?

I've disabled pretty much all the Verizon and Samsung bloat.

Before, I'd go to bed at 100 percent and wake up at 100 percent. Then it started dropping big time do to ActiveSync, so I switched it to Pop3.

Last night I went to bed at 100 percent and woke up ten hours later at 95%. I'm not sure if that is good or not. I was hoping for better.

How do you ENABLE apps that you have disabled? Google+ is no longer on the list

On that same list, they are all located at the bottom with the words "disabled" to the right of them.

I forgot where I read this but remember seeing someone say not to disable sync service. Can't recall the reason though

I wondered about that, but so far, so good.

I disabled ne i didn't mean to know I cant find our how to get it running again.

Disabled apps are at the bottom of the all list. Click on them and hit enable.
