Apps won't open

[Android Central Question]

On my Android Box (MXQ K Pro), every time i try to open Browser or Google Play Store, it closes with the caption, "Sorry, Browser or Google Play Services has stopped". I have tried clearing Data and Cache, reset to factory settings but i still get the same error. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
