Should be built right into your device. In the settings.

Pull down menu - should be a button for HotSpot. If not there, go into Settings, network connections - may be under Other Connections.

Cause gaming is where I'm at..

Thanks about the hotspot tip. Games also. I'm looking for a good MMORPG or strategy game. I've only have Clash Royal on my phone.
