I currently have the Android Archos G8 Internet Tablet, and I love it. The only thing is, it lags behind in the current firmware market. I also have a wireless keyboard for the tablet. The only thing is, the keyboard will only work with android 3.0 or higher. I have been searching the internet to find answers about updating the G8 device to at least Honeycomb if not Ice Cream Sandwhich. I have found a couple pages that claim G8 did not have the necessary computing power for the Ice Cream Sandwhich, but no comment on the Honeycomb. If anyone has answers for me, that would be great! Thanks!

Sorry... I think you're gonna be stuck on 2.2 unfortunately unless you're able to root and install custom ROMs on that tablet (not sure).

Its one of those cases where it was an early model tablet and was never destined for HoneyComb. The G9 is running HC and should have no problem getting upgraded to ICS.

The G9 tablets are also pretty cheap. The screens aren't too bad, but the design is definitely an acquired taste
